About Me

Independent Innovations, Inc. is a privately held R&D entity focused on the development of advanced embedded electronics and physics-based measurement hardware.

I am the founder and principal engineer of Independent Innovations, with over two decades of experience translating physical phenomena—magnetoelastic effects, magnetic fields, mechanical strain, and dynamic forces—into robust, manufacturable sensing solutions. My work spans first-principles modeling, experimental validation, hardware and firmware development, and system-level integration.

I currently serve as Chief Technology Officer at MagCanica, where I lead the development of magnetoelastic torque sensing technology for demanding motorsport, industrial and aerospace applications.

Areas of technical focus include:

  • Magnetoelastic torque sensing

  • Precision measurement and calibration techniques

  • Embedded and mixed-signal system design

  • Signal conditioning and interpretation

  • Physics-based modeling and simulation

Independent Innovations operates alongside this role as a platform for exploratory development, including investigation of consumer-oriented technologies in health and longevity. This site serves as a professional record of work, analysis, and inquiry conducted through Independent Innovations. It is not intended as a product catalog or consultancy offering.
